Family Time at Boondocks

Last Thursday, the company that Mark works for had a work party at Boondocks. Each year they have a company party at a different "family" friendly location. This year's party took place at Boondocks! We had made the mistake of telling Kaleb about it several weeks before hand and he pestered us everyday until the "BIG" day!

When we got to Boondocks we checked in and got coins for the arcade games inside and then headed out side to ride the go-karts! This is what Kaleb had been looking forward too! He and Mark got in line and went for a quick ride while I watched Karmindy. We then headed inside for dinner: Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, salad, mac n' cheese, and ice cream sandwiches for dessert. After dinner, we went miniature golfing, rode the go-karts, slick track, played arcade games and ended the evening with going on the water bumper boats. We have some good friends who were also there (Mark works with the husband) and we went head to head on the bumper boats. They totally won and we got soaked to the bone! After our excursion on the bumper boats, we cashed in our tickets from the arcade games and the kids were able to get a couple of prizes. Kaleb got a slinky and Karmindy got a pink stuffed monkey! The kids were thrilled with their prizes!! It was such a fun family outing and we are looking forward to next years company party!
